Where is my tracking number?
Your tracking details are sent by email. Please also check your spam folder and the email address supplied with your order. Have your order number ready when contacting us so we can identify your shipment.
Tracking has not updated
There may be a delay between creating a shipping label and the first carrier scan. The status updates when the carrier provides new information. If the tracking is unclear or delivery does not proceed as expected, contact us so we can investigate.
International shipments & enquiries
Shipping and tracking details for deliveries outside Germany are arranged personally. Send us your order number and a brief description of any issue. Sales and product advice are available at the phone number below during our service hours.
